By accessing or using TotMD ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use TotMD.

1. About TotMD

TotMD is a health information and guidance platform designed for parents and caregivers of children. TotMD provides general health information, symptom guidance, home care suggestions, and health tracking tools. TotMD is not a licensed medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a TotMD account. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult parent or legal guardian using TotMD on behalf of a minor child in your care.

3. Not a Medical Service

TotMD provides general health information and educational content only. Nothing on TotMD constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concern involving your child. In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@totmd.health if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscription and Billing

TotMD offers a Free plan and a Premium plan at $5/month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TotMD to:

Provide false health information or impersonate a healthcare professional
Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

7. Community Guidelines

TotMD's community is a space for supportive, honest parent-to-parent conversation. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, including posts that contain medical misinformation, harassment, or spam.

8. Intellectual Property

All TotMD content, branding, and software is owned by TotMD and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from TotMD content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
